This is a complete home inspection, performed according to the ASHI standards of practice and code of ethics.  This covers every visible and/or readily accessible portion of the house.  The inspector will not perform a destructive inspection.  It is to be stressed that this is a visual inspection performed with the knowledge and education to give realistic expectations to a prospective home buyer(s).

Areas of the house inspected:

• Structural system/foundation
• Exterior of the building
• Grounds and drainage
• Roof system
• Attic
• Plumbing system
• Electrical system
• HVAC system
• Interiors
• Bath(s)
• Garage/carport (if applicable)

All houses, new or old, need to have a Quality Home Inspection done prior to purchase.

These areas will be described in detail, looked at visually, probed where necessary or acceptable and then reported on.  Interiors of electrical panels will be inspected, when safe to do so.  Attic areas will be inspected, walked or crawled if accessible (three foot high or higher).  Crawl spaces will be entered if they are dry and have sufficient headroom to navigate safely.
