Residential termite inspections: 

Newer homes as well as older homes need to be periodically inspected:

Crawl spaces will only be entered where sufficient headroom and access exists and is safe, i.e. no standing water or mud.  This is a visible inspection and may not be conclusive, this is a non destructive inspection as all real estate sale inspections are.  Areas of the structure may be probed, where the inspector feels that there is no reason for concern of cosmetic damage.  Reports will be computer generated and mailed to you in a timely manner.
